I had a customer request a change of color for a new sofa sectional she ordered because it did not match her decor. She was right! The sofa was ordered to be a dark chocolate brown but sure looked like a burgundy color, so we changed the color to better match what she and her decorator desired.
The decorator had informed the customer there was no way to change colors of leather and she was going to have to purchase another sofa, if she wanted the room to come together. Lucky for me (and her) she did her research and found me on the internet.
I met with her and assured her we could save her the cost of a new sofa, and get the color corrected. A few days later, I had the job completed in about 3 hours and she is now one of my biggest fans. She is going to invite her decorator to see the "miracle" we perform and also comment favorably on 'Angies List". Another day, another miracle. I love my job!
